Company History: Just For Mankind Realty Just For Mankind Realty was born from a vision rooted in purpose and passion — the dream of empowering others through real estate. Its founder, John Francis Manuel, is a firm believer in the principles of financial freedom taught by Robert Kiyosaki, having read and lived by all of his books. Inspired by the idea that the final and ultimate business of every true entrepreneur is real estate, John pursued a degree in Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management (BSREM) at Systems Plus College Foundation (SPCF) in Pampanga, and graduated on June 7, 2024. Fueled by both academic knowledge and entrepreneurial grit, he successfully passed the Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Exam on August 2024 and the Real Estate Broker Licensure Exam on April 2025. With these milestones, Just For Mankind Realty was founded — not just as a business, but as a mission:
